Sebagai bidang penelitian yang berkembang, arah penelitian internet dan keagamaan menunjukkan perkembangan yang dinamis. Pada tahap awal perkembangannya, studi agama digital berfokus pada bagaimana agama memperkenalkan praktik online dengan mempertimbangkan keuntungan dan kerugian internet (Brasher 2001, Zaleski 1997), sebelum mengeksplorasi bagaimana agama diadaptasi dalam praktik online (Bunt 2003, 2010), juga sebagai fenomena yang muncul dari agama siber dan agama digital (Campbell 2005a, 2005b, 2007; Cloete 2016; Helland 2005). Beberapa peneliti telah menggunakan sejumlah pendekatan teoritis untuk studi agama digital, termasuk mediasi (Hoover 2006; Martin-Barbero 1993) dan mediatisasi (Giorgi 2019; Hjarvard 2011a, 2011b; Loveheim 2008). Secara umum, agama digital telah menarik perhatian sejak studi O'Leary tentang bagaimana internet berfungsi sebagai ruang sakral (O’Leary 1996). Kajian ayat-ayat Isti'arah dalam Al-Qur'an: Studi Analisis Pada QS. al-Nazi'at dalam Kitab Tafsir al-Tahrir wa al-Tanwir

Skripsi ini membahas kajian ayat-ayat isti’arah pada QS. Al-Nazi’at dalam kitab tafsir al-Tahrir wa al-Tanwir karya Tahir ibn ‘Ashur. Surah al-Nazi’at merupakan surah terpanjang kedua setalah surah al-Naba’ dalam juz ketiga puluh namun mengandung isti’arah sebanyak delapan macam, lebih banyak dari surah al-Naba’ yang hanya memuat tiga Maka atas dasar ini, penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji kitab tafsir al-Tahrir wa al-Tanwir karya Tahir Ibn ‘Ashur dari aspek kebahasaan khususnya pendekatan isti’arah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pemahaman Tahir ibn Ashur dalam kitab tafsir Al-Tahrir wa al-Tanwir mengenai jenis gaya isti’arah yang terdapat dalam surah al-Nazi’at, aplikasi dalam penafsiran serta pengaruhnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang mengarah kepada penjelasan model deskriptif analisis yakni mengklasifikasikan ayat-ayat yang mengandung isti’arah, menguraikan kemudian menganalisis implikasinya. Pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan ilmu Bayan khusunya isti’arah dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui riset kepustakaan. Penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa pertama, ragam pengungkapan gaya bahasa isti’arah dalam surah al-Nazi’at mencakup Isti’arah al-Tasrihiyyah, Isti’arah al-Taba’iyah, Isti’arah al-Qaribah, Isti’arahal-Gharibah, Isti’arah al-Wifaqiyyah, Isti’arah al-Mujarradah, Isti’arahal-Tahqiqiyah. Kedua, implikasi yang ditimbulkan dari bentuk-bentuk Isti’arah terhadap penafsiran Ibn ‘Ashur adalah izhar al-khafi (menampakkan yang masih samar). idah al-zahir alazi laisa bi al-jali (menjelaskan yang tampak tetapi belum jelas). husul al-mubalaghah (memberikan kesan sangat). Ketiga bahwasannya Ibn ‘Ashur dalam mengutip kitab tafsir yang bercorak kebahasaannya menggunakan kitab tafsir al-Kashaf karya al-Zamakhsari dan Muharrar al-Wajiz karya Ibn ‘Atiyyah. ANALISIS KUALITAS TES BAHASA ARAB BERBASIS HIGHER ORDER THINKING SKILL (HOTS)

Educational evaluation is an important aspect, because with educational evaluation, it can be known to what extent the educational process has been achieved, it can also determine the next step regarding what is to be done. In the realm of evaluation, analyzing the quality of HOTS-based tests is still rarely to be done as was the case in Lembang MTs Al-Musyawarah. Arabic Language Teachers have not analyzed the quality of Arabic question items in the final examination (UAS). This research aims to determine the quality of hots-based instruments in final examination (UAS) questions of Arabic that are have not yet know. The type of research that used in this research is descriptive research, and 30 people as the sample of data.  The results of this research show that the validity of the test be include high, and high reliability, 25 questions are not fit with the criteria for multiple choice writing, the level of difficulty not yet proporsional, distinguishing power enough, and effectiveness of deceivers are enough categories, and all questions include as Lots category with C1 numbers as much as 2 items, 2 items for C2, and C3 as much as 36 items of questions

Masalah ekonomi adalah masalah yang tidah bisa dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia. Manusia sebagai makhluk sosial senantiasa tidak pernah puas dengan apa yang telah dimilikinya, sedangkan disisi lain alat yang dapat memuaskan kebutuhan manusia tersebut tersedia dalam jumlah yang terbatas. Karena adanya keterbatasan ketersediaan sumber daya menyebabkan timbulnya dominasi atau penguasaan dari negara satu, yang dalam hal ini negara yang lebih kuat kepada negara yang lebih lemah.Sistem ekonomi adalah suatu sistem yang mengatur serta menjalin hubungan ekonomi antar manusia dengan seperangkat kelembagaan dalam suatu tatanan kehidupan. Suatu sistem ekonomi tidaklah berdiri sendiri. Ia berkaitan dengan falsafah, pandangan dan pola hidup maryarakat tempatnya berpijak. Sebuah sistem ekonomi sesungguhnya merupakan salah satu unsur saja dalam suprasistem kehidupan masyarakat. Ia merupakan bagian dari kesatuan ideologi kehidupan masyarakat di suatu negara. Oleh karenanya, bukanlah hal yang mengherankan apabila dalam perjalanan atau penerapan suatu sistem ekonomi tertentu di sebuah negara terjadi benturan, konflik atau bahkan tentangan. Pelaksanaan suatu sistem ekonomi tertentu di sebuah negara akan berjalan mulus jika lingkungan kelembagaan masyarakat mendukung.Terdapat dua sistem ekonomi yang menguasai dunia yaitu sistem ekonomi kapitalis dan sistem ekonomi sosialis. Sistem ekonomi kapitalis mengakui pemilikan individual atas sumber daya-sumber daya ekonomi atau faktor-faktor produksi. Setidak-tidaknya, terdapat keleluasaan yang sangat longgar bagi orang perorangan dalam atau untuk memiliki sumber daya. Kompetisi antar individu dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, persaingan antar badan USAha dalam mengejar keuntungan sangat dihargai. Prinsip keadilan yang dianut oleh sistem ekonomi kapitalis ialah setiap orang menerima imbalan berdasarkan prestasi kerjanya. Sistem ekonomi sosialis adalah sebaliknya. Sumber daya ekonomi atau faktor-faktor produksi diklaim sebagai milik negara. Sistem ini lebih menekankan pada kebersamaan masyarakat dalam menjalankan dan memajukan perekonomian. Imbalan yang diterimakan pada orang perorangan didasarkan pada kebutuhannya, bukan berdasarkan jasa yang dicurahkan. Prinsip keadilan yang dianut oleh sistem ekonomi sosialis ialah setiap orang menerima imbalan yang sama.Sistem ekonomi Islam sebagai salah satu sistem ekonomi yang ada, berlainan dengan sistem ekonomi kapitalis yang sangat memuja kebutuhan individu dan berbeda pula dengan sistem ekonomi sosialis komunis yang tidak mengakui hak individu. Peningkatan aktivitas ekonomi berbasis budaya petani dan nelayan ke arah ekonomi syariah berprinsip bagi hasil di Kabupaten Serang

INDONESIA Masyarakat Tani dan Nelayan Kabupaten Serang telah melaksanakan kegiatan ekonomi yang berbasis budaya maron dan mertelu (bagi hasil) dalam berbagai bentuknya. Kegiatan budaya ekonomi maron dan mertelu dapat menjadi sarana peningkatan pendapatan. Akan tetapi, kegiatan budaya ekonomi tersebut belum sepenuhnya berharmonisasi dengan peraturan perundang-undangan ekonomi Islam. Oleh karena itu perlu langkah (usaha) untuk bisa berharmonisasi dengan hukum Islam sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku terutama dalam hal bagi hasil. Untuk kepentingan penelitian ini penulis memfokuskan penelitian para petani dan nelayan di wilayah Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian ini mempertanyakan hal-hal sebagai berikut : 1. Bagaimana aktivitas perekonomian masyarakat tani dan nelayan Kabupaten Serang yang berbasis Budaya“maron, dan mertelu”ditinjau dari Hukum Ekonomi Syariah ; 2. Bagaimana aktivitas dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup keluarga sehingga dapat menurunkan angka kemiskinan ; 3. Bagaimana langkah-langkah peningkatan aktivitas ekonomi berbasis budaya tani dan nelayan ke arah ekonomi syariah berbasis bagi hasil. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan Yuridis Normatif Empirik. Pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan berupa bahan primer, sekunder dan tersier, yang ditunjang dengan data empirik kemudian dianalisis menggunakan yuridis yang berbobot ekonomis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan : pertama, Sistem dan mekanisme bagi hasil yang diterapkan oleh masyarakat di Serang adalah "maron" identik dengan (al-muzaraah) bagi para petani dan para nelayan menerapkan "mertelu" (al-Mudharabah) dalam Hukum Ekonomi Syariah. Kedua, terbukti sistem "maron" dan "mertelu", mampu meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan masyarakat serta memberikan semangat untuk bekerja dalam meningkatkan kehidupan masyarakat yang lebih baik guna mencapai kesejahteraan dan keadilan. ketiga, langkah-langkah untuk berharmonisasi adalah melalui pendampingan dan pembinaan dengan membentuk kelompok tani dan nelayan, struktur kepengurusan dan koperasi petani dan nelayan agar harkat dan martabat petani dan nelayan menuju kehidupan yang lebih baik guna mencapai kesejahteraan dunia dan akherat. ENGLISH The profit sharing system maron and mertelu as cultural based economy activities carried out by community of farmers and fishermen Serang Regency. It can be used to increasing their revenue. However this economy based on cultural system still unsynchronise with Islam economic legislation. Therefore it is necessary step (enterprises) in order to harmonise with the Islamic law in accordance with the regulations, especially in profit sharing. This study focus on the research farmers and fishermen in Serang regency. The main problems this study are : 1 ) . How economic activity of farmers and fishermen community Serang District based on Maron Mertelu Culture in terms of the Law of Islamic Economics .2 ) . How economic activity of farmers and fishermen community in improving the living standards. 3 ) . How do measures of economic activity development model based on culture farmers and fishermen toward Syariah. The study using empirical juridical approach, and for data collection using study literature based on the primary, secondary and tertiary data with supported empirical data and anlyzed in economic juridical. The results of this study show: first the systems and mechanisms for the results that communities in Serang of "maroon" identical as al-muzaraah for the farmers and the fishermen used “mertelu” as al-Mudharabah economic law sharia. Second, this “maroon” and mertelu sysytem are capable of increasing family incomes, because the system for these results could forge the performance to work harder into increase incomes. Third, steps of the economic development of farmers and fishermen can be used by the mentoring or coaching by forming group, governance structures and cooperative farmers and fishermen as alternative solution to raise the dignity of farmers and fishermen towards a better life to achieve the welfare of the world and the hereafter

Evaluation Of Arabic Learning Using The Kahoot Application In The Pandemic Era Of Covid-19

This study aims to measure the extent of the benefits of technological development as a means of academic evaluation. On this occasion, the researcher chose the Kahoot program as a model, a game-based smartphone learning program used as a school and educational stream designed by two scientists from the University of Norway. Researchers use the program of using the Kahoot program in the implementation process for students participating in Arabic language training courses at the Language Center of the State Islamic University of Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, the results of the study show that this program is of great use to teachers when they show tables that are more effective and efficient, because of the program. It is easy to use question setting by teachersand teachers. It is reliable and can predict the results of decisions after students have answered questions. Apart from that, this program also provides students with fun games such as game programs and can also be accessed easily via smartphones. Researchers hope that this study's results can provide additional information and input for teachers to increase the use of technology in the online teaching and learning process, especially during the Covid-19 epidemic, so that the teaching and learning process is more exciting effective
